The Leipzig label GENUIN is now only four years “young,” but the three Detmold sound engineers (Tonmeister) Holger Busse, Alfredo Lasheras and Michael Silberhorn can already to look back on an outstanding series of productions.

Even before their acclaimed Leipzig debut in October 2004 (inaugural concert in Robert-Schumann-Haus with Paul Badura-Skoda), the three had already established a distribution network for sales of their CDs throughout Germany and were receiving plaudits from classical music magazines and professional musicians alike. By now, GENUIN CDs are available in all the key markets of Europe as well as in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and the United States.

GENUIN has made lean structures, direct communication and taking the direct path a company philosophy. And all of this is focused on serving the arts, artists and the customer-our recording technology is state-of-the-art, our approach uncompromising, and the highest musical standard is always our goal.

The three young sound engineers offer established performing artists as well as young talent just starting a career the opportunity to record music the way they want, even if this means breaking new ground.
